Job Description

As a HR Specialist / Business Partner , you will partner with the business units to provide seamless HR support for business units across 2adpro. You will address business needs of clients by interfacing and establishing rapport with all key stake holders, internal and external resources.

Skill Set Required

Roles and Responsibilities: • Work with the Senior Management to implement HR policies and processes • Devise recruitment strategy and meet the hiring needs of the business • Network in the industry to gather quick facts and statistics about market opportunities, competitor strategies and other market intelligence using which the HR function can strongly leverage the business units in their day to day operations • Performance Management – Compliance to guidelines and timely completion of the annual performance reviews, effecting the necessary documentation post performance reviews • Implement the Performance Improvement Plan • Support Managers in the handling of individual employee relations cases like grievance handling and counseling and disciplinary issues – understanding of issues and advise on further steps • Identify behavioral training needs, analyze and present the needs to the Training team for facilitation • Conduct
