Job Description

- Provide Strategic and Operational HR Business Partner support - Develop an HR Business Partner Culture - Recruitment - Salary and Benefits - Perform Salary benchmarking and benefits review based on market data to understand if we pay correctly and are competitive - Talent Development & Management - Ensure strategy and processes in the Indian region are consistent - Manage the Learning and Development budget for the Indian office. Develop and implement - Training and Development plan - To lead, manage and deliver impeccable process administration across the Indian region. - Working closely with the HR Manager in London and with the Senior HR Director based in New York on the global HR agenda - Provide advice, coaching, guidance, support, skills and tools to the Management group to enable them to effectively manage and develop their teams Travel to London or the United States may be required occasionally  

Skill Set Required

SKILLS REQUIRED- 6+ years of experience in HR as a generalist - Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills – ability to flex style - Business Acumen - Strong project management capability - Strong team player - Experience of SAP is desirable - Experience working with a US and matrix Organization - Ideally experience of working in a Media or Internet BusinessCOMPETENCIES REQUIRED• Thinks Strategically • Builds Relationships • Drives Results • Communicates Effectively • Champions ChangeTravel to London or the United States may be required occasionally
