Job Description

Facilitation of project teams for use of applicable tools Managing project reports & updates for multiple concurrent projects Assisting in project information analysis (management reporting) Co-auditor for compliance audits Compliance data analysis & reporting VOC (Complaints) analysis & ensuring measurement systems in place Quality Training Assist in deployment of Quality Standards adopted by FPO from time to time To ensure that all Quality Structural elements are included in transition phase  

Skill Set Required

BEs with 6+ years of of which at least 3 years of experience in Green Belt role. Exposure to F & A processes (desirable). Certified Green Belt / Trained Black Belt. Experience of 1 - 2 years of Quality projects in F & A domain OR back office operations (data related). Excellent project management skills (managing multiple six sigma projects). Well versed in Minitab, Excel, Power point, Visio & MS Projects. Excellent communication skills.
