Job Profile :   · Will be responsible for issuing International air tickets, do hotel, car, rail bookings internationally & nationally· Responsible for providing complete travel management services to the company management in regards to international & domestic reservations ( air, car, hotel, rail etc. ) making itineraries, tours conferences facilitations & documentation, Airport assistant calculation of fare visa payments & statements etc.· Will be in 24 hrs emergency mobile & laptop· Will be responsible to put various quotation to the management regarding the various fares & schemes available· Will be ready at any time to make travel arrangements for any modifications or changes needed by the company head or by the management as per the need of the company.· Will be looking after Visa formalities for all countries, Coordination with High Commissions for understanding of visa requirements and processing the s
