Responsibilities
Project manage Application development across the entire life cycle of product development from Design, Architecture, Coding, Testing and Impletmentation, Customization and Support
Lead the the Application Development needs of the company
Act as product driver for releases with ownership of the end-to-end product deliverable
Responsible for understanding and representing the customer in all product deliverables including sharing this knowledge across the organization
Own functional requirements documents (FRD's) for releases
Participate in developing prototypes, user interface designs, usability sessions and customer research
Partner with Operations, Customer Support, Marketing and Sales teams to help define and create processes and deliverables around product launch
Work with cross-functional teams to define new product and revenue opportunities
Reporting Structure
1. Reports to - Reports to Sr.Mgr Tech
2. Direct Reportees - Has 2 - 3 direct reportees (AM and below)
3. Team size - 10 to 15
Skill Sets Required:

Group - Product Development
Specialization - Program Management
Experience - 7 - 8 yrs
Industry - IT Services, IT Product Development, KPO/BPO, IT Consulting
Team Span - 10 to 15
Exposure - Should have worked as a programmer in 3 or more International web based product development projects (5 yrs) and led teams in web based international product development projects in an end to end capacity (2 yrs)
Qualification:
Not Mentioned Experience: 7years -- 6months Salary Offered: As Per Industry Standard.
