Responsibilities
Objective A candidate with in-depth knowledge of software programming fundamentals of threading, queuing, file systems, memory management, data structures, OOAD, Design patterns across varied platforms. A drive to solve very complex problem through the appropriate use of the right technology keeping in mind the constraints of Hardware, network and human interactions
Be a critical member of the development team and code solutions to enhance tecnological barriers to the final technology
Work with the product/sr managers and a team of engineers to convert the define technology development road maps and evolve a technology solution
Meet timelines of interim milestones and update daily progress on development tasks
Help troubleshoot peers and collectively overcome complex technical challenges
Own the complete SCM and manage code versoning and othe SCM related tasks
Overall responsible for the Quality of code prodcued by himself and the team
Reporting Structure
Reports to - Reports to Sr.Mgr Tech
Direct Reportees - Has 1 - 2 direct reportees (AM and below)
Team size - 3 to 4
Skill Sets Required:

Specialization - R&D
Experience - 7 - 8 yrs
Industry - IT Services, IT Product Development, KPO/BPO, IT Consulting
Team Span - 3 to 4
Exposure - Should have worked as a programmer in 3 or more International web based product development projects (5 yrs) and as tech lead in web based international product development projects (2 yrs)
