Network Administrator- IT
Job Description:
To be responsible for managing the Firewall and Network Security Infrastructure along with day to day Network support
Responsibilities:
1. Contribute in designing scalable and redundant data network
2. Proactively monitor and coordinate with service providers to maintain high uptime of all data links
3. Configure various network devices (Firewalls, LAN, WAN, VPN, Routing etc.)as per the needs and ensuring backups taken of the same
4. Coordinate directly with internal and external clients for all raised support issues
5. Escalate support issues appropriately at the right time
6. Troubleshoot and fix all network related issues within target SLA’s
7. Adhere to 24x7 shifts
8. Firewalls, LAN, WAN, VPN, Routing
9. Participate in daily health checks and handover of support issues
10. Follow work allocation schedule and project plan.
11. Prioritize project tasks and seek assistance from Supervisor as applicable.
12. Review project requirements and execute projects as per requirements following guidelines and deploying the tools/systems as applicable.
13. Meet / exceed internal partner/client requirements.
14. Adhere to procedures like communication protocols, operational practices / procedures, Information security practices, attendance procedures, etc.
15. Help / buddy team members as requested by Supervisor
16. Upon request, participate and contribute in review meetings.
Skill Sets Required:
Work Experience: 4-5 Years in Cisco ASA/PIX firewall, VPN products
Qualification:
Not Mentioned Experience: 4years -- 5months Salary Offered: As Per Industry Standard.
