Profile of Planner- CT
Job Description:

Planning and coordinating the requirements for all Tabulation projects.
Key responsibilities: (Not restricted to, but including, the following)
Planning, Scheduling, and coordinating the available manpower resources as per requirements of projects.
Rostering, Forecasting & MIS.
Keeping track of the progress of projects and accordingly doing the study allocations.
Updating the planning tool with the changing schedules.
Close co-ordination with clients on getting workflow according to the resources available.
Close co-ordination with line managers and other planners across service lines and shifts.
Analyzing & generating various reports.
Skill Sets Required:
1 - 2 years of experience in MIS / BPO industry
Other Requirements:
Proficiency in MS office – especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Familiarity with computers and basic applications
Confident attitude
Detail orientation
Aggressive on meeting deadlines and targets
Enthusiastic with Good people skills.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (both verbal and written).
Should be willing to work in night shift
Qualification:
Not Mentioned Experience: 1years -- 6months Salary Offered: As Per Industry Standard.
