Position :     TL – Electrical & Electronics Procurement Location :     Rudarpur Reports to :   Manager Purchase Reportees :    Sr. Sourcing specialist, Engineers.   Key Relationships : Quality Manager / Qualification Managers / Production Managers / Outsourcing Manager / NPD Manager / Suppliers   Role He/she is responsible for developing strategic plans for the commodities. A support for the Global Commodity Manager for strategies ensuring material availability to meet production plans bringing highest quality with least cost is the key.   Key Responsibilities & Initiatives a) Procurement & Cost Management Leading a team of sourcing specialists giving them direction and support to drive the commodity strategy and ensure all components, raw materials and supplies required are procured and available in time at th

Skill Set Required

Desired Profile Qualifications & Experience BE / Diploma - Electrical or Electronics Engineering with 8 +/10+ years experience Skills 1) Strong focus in business processes such as Strategic sourcing, Purchase, commodity, vendor development. 2) Multinational exposure with Industry experience in the Manufacturing of the High Tech sector 3) Exposure to Global supplier base china and Asia 4) Exposure and good knowledge of handling to commodities like Battery, transformers, PCB , Electronics components etc 5) Exposure of handling 2000+ parts numbers 6) Exposure of working on ERP Oracle , SAP. 7) Knowledge of developing commodity strategies and driving cost innovation. 8) Exposure to supplier management and good knowledge of supplier relation management.
